What You’ll Be Doing (aka your superpowers) Be the brain behind the sales team: Provide technical know-how and help them turn “maybe” into “absolutely.” Educate & inspire: Run training sessions, workshops, and webinars that keep veterinary professionals sharp and confident using our products. Fieldwork that counts: Visit clinics, hospitals, and industry events – building strong relationships with the people shaping animal health. Make data sing: Translate clinical evidence into compelling reasons to adopt our products (bonus points if you can make ROI sound exciting). Stay sharp: Keep up with the latest in veterinary science, regulations, and trends so you’re always the smartest person in the room (or at least the most prepared). What We’re Looking For A degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Biology, or similar (DVM a big plus, but not a dealbreaker). 3–5 years in the veterinary industry, ideally with some field or technical support experience. Someone who can explain complex science in a way that makes people nod, not nap. Road warrior spirit – happy to travel across Western Sydney and beyond (50–70%, car allowance included).
